He talked about his "house karma" in which his recent attempts to buy a house have been thwarted and he barely escaped a mudslide trying to turn off a broken water main. He also talked about his early years in Hollywood when he worked at Marineland with the killer whales, and he introduced his new series, "Legend," which would be premiering on UPN. The teasing about Richard's dating continued with Jay's other guests, Paula Poundstone and Ivana Trump.
