TOMMY

Tommy was one of Joey Bennet's henchmen, working for him as part of the family crime syndicate involved in illegal drug trafficking. Both Max, a larger man who provided the muscle, and Tommy, often in the role of driver, were sent by Joey to abduct his brother Frank. They grabbed Frank from the café in front of MacGyver's apartment and delivered him to a lumber warehouse where he was confronted by Joey, who was determined to prevent Frank from testifying before the Crime Commission. With family attorney Vincent Ivory, they were both witnesses to Joey's intention to kill his brother, but when MacGyver created a diversion and rescued Frank, they were unable to pursue because MacGyver had removed the lug nuts from their car's wheels.

Max and Tommy were also both present at the Bennet home when Frank arrived to visit his dying mother. When MacGyver again rescued Frank, Max used brute force and Tommy used automatic weapons in an attempt to break through the door to reach MacGyver and Frank before they escaped.
