In November, Richard had completed a virtual video interview with Brad Wright, the creator and executive producer of Stargate SG-1, as part of Brad's series of podcasts for The Companion website, a subscription site focusing on science fiction television and movies.

The podcast, which premiered in January, became a "trip down Lack of Memory Lane," in which Richard and Brad shared reminiscences, glimpses behind the scenes, and many fond memories from their years together on Stargate SG-1.
