MARK DEVLIN

Agent Mark Devlin of the NID was a member of the shadow organization of rogue agents who worked for the Committee. He committed the assassination attempt on Senator Kinsey, using a stolen mimic device to take on the appearance of O'Neill, and he made a second attempt on Kinsey's life in the hospital by taking on the appearance of Major Davis. He was traced by his fingerprints left during his purchase of the murder weapon, and was arrested during the investigation of the crime by Carter and Agent Barrett.
