I think we can read Sam's mind simply by looking at her. She can't help watching Jack furtively ( and enjoying it !)



When he's sad , she's sad too .She even loses her appetite .
Is this love ?

Jack: man I'm starving
Sam: well the food will be out soon sir

Jack: thank you it was delicious
Sam: what you just got the plate and your done sir ?
Jack: I said I was hungry …can I see the desert menu please?
