When I switch from the live chat page with the picture with Thor and Jack to the forum, there appears a brief message:
The change worked for me automatically within 3 seconds.

Thank you. That's what's supposed to happen. (Actually, it should skip over that page and straight to the Forum, but it may depend on the speed of the connection, how fast it can make the switch.) It looks like you were using a phone, so it helps to know it works there, too.
Thanks for the feedback. Once I change all the pages over, there's no going back, so I'm hoping to get all the bugs out of it before I start!
