It's good to know that there are novels that portray the characters as we saw them, wouldn't like anything that didn't!

I bought a new Stargate novel a week ago. The first chapters are promising. I just wish I had more time to read.

Wait, there were Stargate novels... and there were around for a while?
I both feel like an idiot and am glad I found this forum. I guess I'll be spending some hard earned currency on the first book shop that has these that I find... Do you guys have any recommendations regarding which books should one begin with?

Welcome, Foxbat.
The Store page on this website has not been updated for a while, but you'll find LOTS of the Stargate novels listed there. And any that are purchased from Amazon through those links will help to support the site. (Once at Amazon, you'll find the links to the newer novels - and those count too!)

Welcome Foxbat!
I don't own any of the Stargate novels but am interested in buying some of them too.
If anybody has some and would recommend any of them to us, I would be most grateful.
See you around the forum. Glad you are here.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I think I'll go and order from the store on the site if it's still active then, I'll choose a couple at the random/according to how cool the titles sound, and will give my feedback once I'm done reading them!

To recommend are a lot of the novels. The list of books one should not read is short. But there are books that I would rather not have read. At the reviews you can easily see what you can buy.
I first read DO no harm, it was hard to read for me because I could barely English when I started reading it. But I managed it. I wanted to do it and I made it. Also a good book, exciting, but without action.
At the beginning I would recommend A Matter of Honor and the Cost of Honor.
Personally, I also loved Permafrost and Survival of the fittest very much and the Apocalypse series!
