I know that you've copied the photo link (http://rdanderson.com/photos/macgyver/1 ... 21-01x.jpg) from the RDA gallery which has the subtitle "Prisoner of conscience" but I skipped through the episode and it's not. On the second of the similiar photos of the gallery you can see the knife in the balloon and then it hit me what episode it must be.

Hi Kate, such things can happen, especially with the huge amount of pictures you have in your gallery. You've done an awesome job by putting up the gallery with all the photos and information. I'm so grateful for the work you have done with this website and for us fans.

Well, I had to look it up and my guess out of the blue proved me wrong (my guess was "The Stringer" from season 7)

OK, according to Kate's gallery it is the The treasure of Manco, S5E15.
