YES - it happens after Bra'tak is injured (they thought him dead) and Teal'c tries to strangle the Tok'ra guy who was with Bra'tek. Jacob pleads with Jack to stop Teal'c and he very quietly (meaning he doesn't really care to stop it) tells Teal'c to "stop".
