FedCon Bonn 26th May - 28th May 2023

The Stargate Q&A was really fun! It could have been longer.
Rick was a bit late because he was still writing autographs, I hope everyone got one, I think he was starting signing at 10 in the morning.
I know some people didn't get pictures because there was just no time. There where a lot of people yesterday, fully packed.

The closing ceremony was also great, he did take a video at the end with his phone.

The closing ceremony was streamed so maybe there will be a full video later.

I also watched the panel with Marina Sirtis today. She also talked about Stargate and Rick for a minute. She said she likes him and liked working with him. Maybe there will be a video from her panel later somewhere

Thanks to all for the snipets of video and pics. Draco, the phone number bit was hilarious and then John playing with his phone and saying he was calling him ( like he needs his number ) was a nice come back. Richard is an awesome human being, and he doesn't even realize it.

That stargate prop both for photo's and for the curtain on stage was so clever, I am going to save my money if they do another one, it looked like so much fun.

Were they photos taken with fans ? Did you notice Rick wanted to follow them when they left and Amanda had to hold him back to the gate ? Iron hand ! Rick must have said something funny because both Michael and Amanda started laughing And I'd love to know what he told Amanda after kissing her ( too bad I can't read lips)

yes I did notice that it seemed like he was having such a good conversation with the man he forgot where he was by the looks of it yes what a great way to take photos with the fans so cool

This was the best weekend ever
So much fun, so much memories.
I don't even know when was the last time I laughed so much. Everyone was so nice, so patient. I'm glad to have met Richard again and everyone else too. This time I got my MacGyver autograph. He wasn't allowed to write a dedication because of the time, as so often, but he still took his time with his signature. Choosing the pen was a little science in itself. That's why I love him so much
And of course the signature itself also takes a long time with such a long name
He had an extra room for the autograph sessions and it was quite familiar, only a handful of people there at a time. I haven't experienced that before. Really great. Me and Susanne, we were so lucky with our autographs and photos, we got through everywhere without any problems
Michael Shanks was so charming, so heartfelt, he immediately conquered my heart
Teryl was so nice, she made my day with her special way of autograph season, I will never forget that

I was also impressed by Marina Sirtis with her incredible power and George Takei, who almost made me cry just by his stories. All in all it was a successful weekend.
I can really recommend Fedcon, the best organization so far, albeit a bit more expensive. But once you've experienced it, the difference quickly becomes apparent.
