So this looks like the reception where Rick was awarded honorary “General-ship” by the US Air Force. The year eludes me though - 2007/8ish? I seem to recall that he is wearing a custom made suit - and very sharp it is too! Looking sooooo good!!

I'm gonna award the medal because yes, J, it was that Air Force dinner where he was made an Honorary General. And I agree, he looked mighty fine! (The year was 2004)
