I so understand his issues. My husband had an aneurysm burst 18 years ago..He survived, he was in a coma for 5.5 weeks..he has not long term memory issues, but short term issues. As with a concussion, when the neuro net reconnects as part of the healing process, changes occur and some are permenant....

I think it’s a picture of his mind..I hope he bought it!

Thanks Rick and Kate for the update. My Newfs are 12; which is very old for the breed. Both are rescues. Andy had adorable white feet and I’m sure a talker..When it’s time, I will miss the snoring and chatter..hugs..big assed hugs…

He is lucky that Zoey is so nice…if I said ice cream around my 2 yuck, yucks, I’d be doing a face plant with 300 lbs of newfoundland dogs going at 90 miles an hour, slinging drool in every direction..

Either that or it’s a miniature bowling ball! You know for those with bad backs and shoulders..

I believe it’s a glass float..we have them on the Oregon coast..in the large size, fisherman
Use them..we sell glass ones as souvenirs…they are handblown

Pretty much..at our advanced age, he is lucky to have such a head full of hair!..tee Hee..
