09.16 Episode 190
Airdate: February 10, 2006

A highly addictive corn-like crop called kassa may be the work of the Priors, and SG-1 travels to P6G-452 to investigate, posing as prospective buyers. There they encounter Worrel, an unscrupulous operative who supplies the planet's crop to the Lucian Alliance. The meeting does not go well, however events turn even worse when SG-1 attempts to flee under fire and the stargate is suddenly beamed away before they can make their escape. As Worrel's prisoners, SG-1 is beaten for information about the missing gate, but back on Earth an intelligence report indicates that stargates on at least four other planets have also vanished.

With SG-1 out of touch and overdue, Landry orders Colonel Emerson and the Odyssey to extract the team. Then he pays a visit to Area 51 where the deceitful Goa'uld, Nerus, remains a prisoner. Offered a feast in return for information, Nerus divulges that the theft of the stargates is the work of Ba'al, who seeks to rebuild his empire, but he will only disclose Ba'al's location in return for his freedom. Landry consents and Nerus is released, unknowingly tagged with a locator beacon. Meanwhile, Worrel is recalled by the Alliance and orders SG-1 killed, but just as they are to be executed, the Odyssey arrives and beams them aboard.

As Nerus arrives aboard Ba'al's mothership, his coordinates are relayed to Odyssey, and SG-1 plans to beam aboard his ship, tag the stolen gates, and beam themselves and the gates back out. However, within Ba'al's cargo hold the team discovers many dozens of stargates must be tagged, and they come under fire from Ba'al's Jaffa. Suddenly, three motherships of the Lucian Alliance arrive and fire upon Ba'al's ship. Odyssey acquires the tagged gates but is unable to extract SG-1 before Ba'al's mothership is destroyed. However, a gate and a DHD aboard the ship had provided an alternate escape, and SG-1 safely returns home through Earth's stargate.
