I was just catching up on some news and I saw that there was a small earthquake in LA. We also had a 3.5 magnitude quake here in Oregon.


I didn't feel it at all. But many of my friends said they did. It was centered near Mollolla which is where the epicenter of the "Spring Break quake" struck in 1992. That one I felt. And it was the first time I felt an earthquake.

We have had a few others here but nothing too bad. A few years ago Seattle got shook pretty good. I think I am going to put together a little "survival kit".

You never know when a big one will happen, and we also have some active (though quiet at the moment) volcanoes.
