I just wanted to say how very sorry I am for you and for your family, such a terrible tragedy. It was hard to read the online article, how terribly hard for your brother and his surviving children.

Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I don't know that there is anything I could do, however, please let me know even if it is just you would like to PM or chat.

Sorry I haven't been around lately. On Jan. 4 one of my friends, and neighbor who moved down to St. George, Utah, was in a serious car accident while going to Las Vegas, NV. She was in critical condition until she passed away the last Saturday leaving behind a 8 year old and her husband. So I am kind of sad. Sad

Needs to think of Richard's upcoming birthday.....

My husband emailed this to me and thought I would share with those who are tired of winter.

On top of that I have been experiencing back pain, pain in my left hip, pain shooting down my left leg, numbness in my hands and feet. Sad

We do not have insurance to cover chiropractic treatments, but Monday night after not able to sleep, I have had it. I broke down and admitted to see my chiropractor who I had not seen for several years. I thought; well we are debt free, we have a good amount in the emergency fund, I am going to do it. So I went today and I am so glad I did. It solved my chronic bladder infections and other things that have been going on with the bladder. This back problem may have been caused from a 15 years ago incident. Shocked

I fell on my back hard by slipping on an icy driveway. It has finally showed up of all these years to haunt me. Anyway I have a bulged disk causing also the pinch nerve and in that area is starting arthritis. Okay, time to get serious about getting old and take better of myself. Three times a week for three weeks to see if the chiropractic treatments will work; if not then he is going refer me to a neurosurgeon. Fun!

You are in my thoughts and prayers. I definitely feel for you on the health issues - I am finally getting my back and bladder healthy again after several years for problems.

You and your friend's family have my deepest sympathy. Such a sad loss.

We are not getting younger and I would like to stay around awhile longer too to enjoy my family, friends (internet friends too), and those who brightens my days like Richard. Very Happy

I used to be so in shape before I had kids. Rolling Eyes

I want to get in to shape again only this time the goal will have to be for what the appropriate goal “in getting in shape” for my age is. Very Happy
