Sounds good and to me sounds very true since filming has begun.

But my mind will find it hard to wrap itself around RDA in another role--he will always be ad-libbing Jack O'Neill to me!!!

Does anyone know any more about the commerical he did last weeK?

Don't get me wrong, I am pleased as punch he is back in front of the camera and we will continue to get to see our man.

And to be honest, this character cannot be called "Jack", right. Laughing

When this becomes true and it will be aired in the USA, I hope that there are some nice people who will put the episodes on youtube, that the poor Germans can watch him as "David" as well!!!! Confused

When he announced that he was 'retiring,' I could not help but wonder just how long it would take before he returned to 'regular' performing...never a matter of "if," only "when." Performing is too much part of his soul.

Okay, so he isn't the leading man this time...he's been there and done that (quite well). There's nothing wrong if he persues a 'character role' or two...(and still keeps time for Wylie and pups).

What I am most curious about is who the character is and what he is about. If it was enough to convince RDA to take on a brand new role during his semi-retirement, I'm venturing a guess it must be quite a role, even if only recurring.....

Either way I am thrilled by the news.
