It may well take a year to get another painted! I forgot how QUICKLY glaze dries. Because of the blacklining, and how fine it is, it took me almost five HOURS to do that one mug with a "three-hair" brush. My knee is not very happy at this point from all the sitting, which is why I'm still awake. I'm going to try a hot shower and slathering every arthritis rub I have in my bathroom basket to see if I can get it to let me sleep.
Bad Kat. I knew better. If it turns out, it will be worth it, but I won't be going commercial any time soon!
I may have to stick to drawing & the occasional dolls.

Knee's better today, but being at the computer doesn't help, so I'm in watching SGU and drawing cartoons. Here's our Wive Tat:
DannySpeak Translator~
JACK: "I'm pretty sure that's not what they mean by "instant", Danny..."
DANNY: " - But it says instant, Jack..."
WIVE TAT @ 7PM LONDON TIME!! I'm in Arizona, where we don't "do" DST, so check the right times for you for Wive Tat and Kate's 10PM Eastern chat too. I'll be all messed up.

One cartoon is not enough!
DannySpeak Translator~
DANNY: " Our plans for world domination is proceeding, Jack..."
JACK: "We still need Australia, Danny..."
You all have a good night! I have new pencils coming in next Wednesday, so I should be able to color better soon! A 2" pencil is getting harder to deal with.

Well, I had been stalling the world domination thing, because we had some more countries to conquer, and Pat & Khufu needed something to do. Our conversations on here gave me just that nudge over the cliff.
The "ham slice" is kind of a combination of The Blob and the Id Monster from "Forbidden Planet". I added a bit of Spam-ness to him...he's really quite harmless, if indigestible.
Now I have to work on a cartoon again...creative processes, yanno. I'm thinking of poking fun at the pathetic and irritating Customs Agencies in certain countries, including my own.

Hi Everyone,
Just had to share the laughter of the weekend. Just got back from the corner where I get my Ice Cap from Tim Hortons. I noticed a good friend of mine going throught the drive thru for a coffee on horse back. I was laughing in stitches. You got to love the country life. Your a redneck when?

If the horse got a coffee, too, now THAT would be funny.
But not letting him have one is just plain cruel.

Hmm... horses are known to like beer. I'm not so sure about coffee. My horse liked bananas. _________________

I'm going to be on chat, but I will be drawing...I am now on a mission to de-pants the Customs officials all over the world who deny me my happiness!
They WILL learn...never screw around with a cartoonist. After the prize has been secured, I think I just may submit it to the local newspaper for an editorial cartoon.
Grrrrr....
