I just wanted to inform you shortly. A new study by the Cancer Research says that the grain, especially wheat clearly promotes a lot of diseases, especially cancer, heart disease, arteriosclerosis, rheumatism, allergies and depression.
The reason is that the human organism is not adapted to grain consumption, glutamine (gluten) leads to permanent sequelae.
Gluten is the glue in wheat products.
Celiac disease (Zöliakie, Zoeliacy), i.e. gluten sensitivity or gluten intolerance is genetic. It is estimated that one third of humanity's genetic predisposition.
This study recommends regular days without inserting of wheat products.
I think many a person should take this to heart.
