I have not heard anything but your answer. I suspect I could research it online, but I'm a pro-vaping activist in addition to working full-time and dealing with family, so my spare time goes to supporting the fight for scientific honesty regarding e-cigarettes. That is why I was hoping to see some kind of already-researched Call to Action on the matter of whales and dolphins.
