It's in Season 7 (last season) of MacGyver and it's the one where Mac was trying solve a murder and where he fights the bad guy in the big fire escape building at the end and he pushes the bad guy out of the window of the building but then saves him and then gets angry with all the Black guys have guns and threaten to blow each other away and the Mac tells them all angrily to put the guns down.
