The Stringer (Final Episode)

I just rewatched The Stringer again. I know many people won't but I do like SAM and that McGyver has a son which he can now move on with. What saddened me was that Mc did not want to renew his contract with Phoenix and that he was moving away only to stop back to visit Pete. I wish he had said they would only be gone a few months or something like that and if SAM were to go on adventures with him in the movies, that would have been good.

I get a horrible pit in my stomach every time I watch the final episode, so sad that it ended though it had a great 7 year run and I know RDA was getting tired of it but still sad.

Sort of mirrors RDA's own life, doesn't it? Willing to leave his job in order to spend time with his child?
