Oh wow - is that not the BEST picture???? Richard in that movie is absolutely the hottest bad guy I have ever seen - he did a terrific job of acting in Through the Eyes of a Killer.

Amen! I hope everyone saw the video where Richard tells how he worked out for this movie to get himself in shape for it. I would say, HE SUCCEEDED BIG TIME! He got in shape and then some!!

Those pictures are quite powerful when i came to think about it more clearly..
RDA certainly showed me what a strong man and strong emotions he has, on his sleeve
definitely.

He started to look bigger toward the end of Macgyver didn't he? His arms were certainly much larger.. chest broader.
I wonder if he did any of them protein diets... 10 egg whites with spinach or those muscle drinks... bench press a few elephants.. and then hey presto! You look like you belong on a rugby field! I really loved those muscle shirts he wore, sweat....
