I think it is "Second Chance", (as ergomac said). And I think this lovely photo of Mac reminds me the scene where he's trying to encourage that girl at the hospital and tell her that everything will work just fine, about her health problem and that she shouldn't worry. He's so cute and sweet in that photo and that particular scene, and I just love the way he talks to the girl and how he tries to make her feel better and put a smile on her face. He's so adorable. He's totally amazing with kids, and not only on screen, but in real life too.
