For those of you, who have access to facebook, somebody posted the link to this FB-page of Sea Shepherd:

https://www.facebook.com/SeaShepherdMar ... 7910286036

And who can't visit this, here's the text and the pics:

Operation Virus Hunter Update: Sept 7 2016

Richard Dean Anderson greets the RV Martin Sheen.

Richard Dean Anderson of McGyver and Stargate SG-1 fame greeted the Sea Shepherd vessel RV Martin Sheen on the dock of Fishermans Wharf, False Creek as the campaign Operation Virus Hunter came to an end in Vancouver today.

The media was on hand to cover the occasion with the crew and RDA who despite suffering a fracture to his right arm was in good spirits.

The campaign has been highly successful and insightful working with Alexandra Morton who headed up the campaign that also saw Musgamagw Dzawada'Enuxw First Nations take up the charge and serve eviction notices to a number of fish farms in their territories.

Hi. Thanks for sharing the link to the interview and the articel on Facebook.

I tried Facebook but you have to register to watch it properly. Ohhhh I HATE it!

But thanks to you I could read it the other way.

I loved the end of the interview, too, I had really to laugh...same to me...wish the new MacGyver not too much luck....I won't watch it for sure. Why to renew it, when the original is so excellent. No chance! :x

Hope, there will be some more news soon.

Anja ;)

Thanks Caty for the lovely pictures and the article from FB page. Can't help it but noticing that he looks FANTASTIC, absolutely great, despite his kind of difficult days recently, due to his bad fall. Way to go Rick. We're so happy to see you so cool and in a good mood, and smiling with that beautiful, heartfelt smile of yours. He's terrific.

Gatecon is officially over, and all went very well.

It's going to take me time to add all the updates to the page. Fortunately, my camera was cooperating (thanks to a "manual" that the Photo Genius Paja wrote two years ago, which I kept), so I have lots of pictures, and a few videos as well.

I'm not sure how much I can get done here from Vancouver on a laptop, so updates may not come until I return home, but please be patient and "watch this space." :)

Kate,

I haven't had a chance to go through all of my pictures. If I have some good shots from the last few days I'll send them to you.
