Sure, you can sign up again. If you can find the setting that is causing the bounce, you can sign up with the same address again. Usually I don't get the notice of the bounces until the fifth bounce, so this may have been happening for awhile, and it seems to be affecting about a dozen people with those two domains.

I also tried to send out a message on Twitter. I have an account, but I almost never use it, and I'm not even sure it went through. (Clearly I'm not very much into social media! )

I tried two versions of the message so that fans searching for either RDA's name or Twitter account could find it:

I don't know anything about how to tweet - so thank you for your effort.

I believe we are making good progress in contacting many who would like to reach out to RDA at this time.

Although I have a Twitter account,but never used.

Kate,I've got questions about the duration of the action.People are afraid that they are not fast enough.I told them,I definitely wait until all the cards here before I ship something.I jot me,whom I have to give my address and I 've definitely an overview when all are there.

I've Twitter account me too, but I don't uses for long time ...
