I am sad to say i will not be making the trip to Brisbane in September as can not get time off as other people will be away so no on to cover for me .Bad time to get a promotion at work,now i have to cover for management . o will the extra money will come in handed .

I've just seen that Amanda had cancelled Brisbane and Sydney because of a film she's shooting in Budapest.Too bad.I'm sure they were looking forward to their meeting . Poor Rick,he will be on his own (with other actors from Stargate but it won't be the same).

OH - that is such a disappointment! I wish Amanda well with her film - but will miss her being at this convention with Rick....so much.

Gatecon Vancouver ? I was in Vancouver at the end of August...Why doesn 't he ask me before planning his conventions??? Same place but wrong time(Calgary,Denver,London,Vancouver...) I kept Canadian dollars so if the timing is right ...

The announcement will be coming tomorrow (Sunday) morning. I'll be getting up in the middle of the night (my time) to post it.

I've been to many Gatecons. Still my favorite cons.
