I have missing spots so if you want to fill in some blanks, be my guest. I enjoyed his talk very much and he was actually answering questions - at least some of them - this time lolol. No Michael Shanks there to distract him :pMacsJeep wrote:If you're doing a proper transcript, Anne, I'll leave you to it rather than me posting as well. I'm sure I won't remember everything or in the correct order it happened!

I'll look when you post it and fill in anything extra I can think of! This was my first RDA talk, photo, anything, and I can't get over how lovely he was with his fans. I hope he comes back again!

Re: London July
Unfortunately I have no pictures to give you (it don't be allowed around autographs tables). But I can confirm that Richard was extraordinary, awesome, handsome. Cheerful and smiling from beginning to end, beaming.
The queues for the photo shooting were really long ! Patiently and with class, he offered his best smile to everyone.
I went only on Sunday . It was the third day for him and he was still as bright. However, the day before, he had sprained his ankle. He remained imperturbable for his fans. A Great Man our Richard!!!
There were so many people came to see him that he could not be able to sign all the autographs. Too many tickets given in the morning ( + 500 !!) and Richard signed about 300 in the Sunday alone. I had the number 404 , so I didn't have my autograph !!
It was a great despair for me ...But I have had my photo thankfully.
I hope he will rest well . He deserves. For his next convention will last much more than a weekend ... this could be very exhausting for him ...
Thank to "MacsJeep" for pictures (and welcome here!!!). Thank you "Anne" (pleased to meet you and delighted to have signed your petition to "Legend" . Bravo for your determination).

Not a very good quality, sorry. I have many photos but I don't want to send them on the internet because people think they can share them anywhere.
So I'm sorry just these two.

Sorry you didn't get his autograph but glad you got the photo. More than 500 tickets for that morning, huh? WOW.
It heartens me to know he is still soooooo popular and well-loved.
I know he enjoyed his time in London. I am sure all his fans enjoyed him being there so much! We who are only able to watch from afar loved him being where he is loved and admired even if we could not all be there with you/him.

Hi, Zuzik - the photos are actually very good - thank you for sharing these. I understand about your reluctance to share more. That's fine. THANK YOU again. And if you have any comments you would like to add - please feel free to do so. It's always good to hear exactly what happened at these conventions with one of our (the RDA Forum's) own members.zuzik2301 wrote:

I want to add my thanks to all for the wonderful pics of Rick and all the info
that was shared concerning the convention. We fans just look forward to
every bit of information about Rick. We know he truly loves his fans and he
is indeed very humble. Met him twice, hugged him twice and kissed him
once. I shall never forget his kindness to me and his fans.

Thank you for understanding. I did it just because I shared my photos here and few days later they were on Facebook. I didn't know about it. People shared my photos without my consent.... I don't have Facebook but my sister told me.
You kissed him.. oh you lucky girlyolie wrote:I want to add my thanks to all for the wonderful pics of Rick and all the info

But you're right. He is very kind to his fans. He was so kind to me. When he hugged me it was the best day of my life.
