I think it was sugar the dog from his mother.
Andy is a good swimmer .
A new puppy hasn't he.
I hope that everything is healing well.
I wish him all the best.

Sad news. RDA just texted to say that he has decided to stay at home, and the ladies are going on to Rome without him. :(

At least he'll be able to rest, and hopefully to heal faster.

I don't know if he'll add more info - I'm waiting to see if he does before I add the update.

That's to bad, he sounded so excited to be with Wylie and even her mom on that trip. Hope their trip goes smoothly and that by him staying home, he can be comfortable and recover quickly.

Thank you for the update Kate.

Thanks for the news, Kate. Although it's not good news.

But I've broken my elbow twice during the last 4 years and I know that you can't do anything with that arm. And his other wrist is also hurt, so it's really better to stay at home.
I hope he has someone to help him. It sucks when you can't do anything at all.

OH, so sorry he has to stay home but agree with Kate and everyone that he will be able to "rest and heal faster that way." It's a heart tugger to know he will miss this special time with Wylie and her mom. As someone else said, I hope he will have someone there to help him. But again, it's for the best given his injuries. Heartfelt wishes and prayers for a safe and fast recovery go out to him. Tears too.

That's such a shame. :( I know he was looking forward to that trip. I guess Wylie needs to go soon though before she starts school again (I know how that goes), and I'm sure he didn't want her to miss out on an extraordinary experience.

At least now he can take it easy. It's better to get rest than to push too hard, and anyway he probably wouldn't have been able to enjoy it as much if he's in pain.

I'm so sorry to hear the news. I wish him a speedy recovery.
