Find an editor to edit images, there are the functions to resize images. If you want to make an avatar, there is usually an area to make avatars of ​​different sizes.

As I said, you can change any picture as you like.
But my signature image is a picture made up of three pictures, it's not that easy to explain. I use this editor for all my image editing, mixing and labeling images.

You have to upload the picture, then you can see all the options.
Resize, crop pictures, etc.
