No problem . I promised you could have it :) But if you are vegetarian or if you don't like eating duck ...

I've just tried a new recipe .If it isn't edible (!) I'll stick to the old one.

Back to the thread:
I just came back from the hospital - 2 more weeks of sick leave
For the second time in two years I damaged my left elbow so much, the doc gave me the prewarning that it could take 3 month till I can go back to work Image

Unti now I'm on sick leave for 2 weeks and I'm already bored.
Thanks to Kate, that there is this forum, otherwise I would be dead at the end of 3 month. Image

Awww, Caty, that's too bad. I hope this forum will help to keep your sprits up. :) Whenever you need a pick-me-up, just come to the forum... that will help keep you happy and not so bored. In these 2 weeks you also have time for RDA tv marathons! Lots of Mac and Jack to keep you company ;) Always try to look on the bright side, that's my motto ;)

5 minutes ago I was just waking up and getting ready for work. Time for another work day......

Caty, please hold on .

I know life isn't that easy sometimes but here you see people care and listen to you.First there's RDA (I put YOUR photo as a wall paper on my computer thanks again ,I love it ,I really do) and all the people who share the same tastes as you.You are not alone. I'll give you my recipe ,I'm glad I can help you cook :)
But you'll have to wait until tonight .I have to check the proper words (my recipe is in French) it'll take time and I'm busy right now so...But if you like cooking ,I can give you many recipes (osso bucco,jambalaya...)

Cooking is sometimes a good means to express oneself and it helps .

Maybe some fans are frowning and thinking it's off topic ,well, does it matter?

Hi Veronique

Thanks for the kind words, I like the atmosphere here in this forum. It's like family :)
Take your time with the recipe, i will take me some weeks before I can really cook again (exept fast ready food, to be eaten with one hand ;) )
Actually I love cooking and I collected about 300 cook books but unfortunately I don't understand any french and so they are only german or english.

I'm sorry about your elbow, I hope it won't actually take that long to heal. I agree with you, it's boring to stay home for a long time, but at least it's not stressful like a job. :)

What a coincidence, five minutes ago I came back from the hospital too. Nothing serious fortunately, my mom is hospitalized for check up.
