A fact about you
Re: A fact about you
Beautiful view! I'd look outside the window instead of working I've always liked views from high floors and this is really good.

What a cool view Darling! Must be nice to work in an office with a view. I work at a bunch of different places (I clean residential houses for a living, and I clean commercial buildings on weekends) and I never get to see a view like that
Re: A fact about you
Very nice view ,Darling.
Water has a soothing effect on people ( I think) . I'm sure it helps you work better
We used to have a view of a beautiful gothic cathedral here but unfortunately we moved and now all we can see are walls (and a little garden though, which is nice).

Re: A fact about you
Yeah, it's a really nice view I think.
But if you can watch it the whole day - 5 days a week - since 8 years - it's no longer special.
Oh, and we have to put down sunblinds at 1 p.m. because sun is shining right on our monitors.
So I have to look at... a dark grey wall.
But yeah, it's a nice place to work at. Sometimes when I get lunch break I walk around the river (no problem - takes 15 minutes) and take place on a bench and watch the water. It's very relaxing. Could sit there the whole day. Unfortunately I have to continue my work after 1 hour.
Speaking of "my work"...
What do you think? What's my profession? I give you a hint and want you to guess

My name's Michelle and I'm a Better World Books addict. Their sales suck me in every time. Why yes, I would like to save 30% on an already low price of $3.98 per book. What? I have to buy 4 or more? No problem! Just take my money!

Re: A fact about you
Michelle, you book pusher!! Augh!!
Facts about me:
My house has 16 bookcases in it. (It's not a big house, either.)
One bookcase holds yarn, two hold DVDs and yarn, one holds miscellaneous objects. The other 12 are completely full of books.
When I moved from Seattle to south Florida, I gave away my TV and most of the furniture. Most of what I shipped was clothes, books, and bookcases.

That sounds like what I would do whenever I move. When I moved from Seattle to south Florida, I gave away my TV and most of the furniture. Most of what I shipped was clothes, books, and bookcases.

The most beautiful piece of furniture I have (I think) is a bookcase made to measure covering two walls + an angle (I don't know if my description is very clear) .I couldn't get rid of my TV though because of all the DVDS I like watching.
