It was easy to give away the TV, because I was moving to join my partner (now my wife). She had a TV that was larger and newer. (She also had plenty of books of her own: she's a librarian.)

In fact yesterday I learned from you the term "surrepticiously" which I didn't even know in italian  :D

A fact about me: I like learning new things

Are you surreptitiously looking at my bookcases? ;)

Learning new things is a fine thing! I hope I never stop.

And re-learning things you've forgotten is even better.... I'm learning to relax and enjoy life again.

Hugs to all . . . .
If you can't say anything nice.....

My phone camera sucks but this is the Colorado River (I live about 3 miles away) just before the crowds started to show up.

Okay, I'll try it once!
I was born in 1973 and working in a practice for emergency surgery for over 21 years.
I have always lived in Berlin (west), so had to laugh at 'The Wall' and the intro of 'Deathlock'.
After nearly 20 years without RDA my son has brought me back about Stargate on it fully.
After several hours without RDA, I get something like withdrawal symptoms. :(
Is RDA actually an approved drug???

He definitely is the best medicine ever. No matter how you feel, he can lift your spirit and light up your day. I think Rick can make us all feel really happy. He has that gift. Just looking at him, and that is enough to fall for him. His eyes reflect his beautiful, gentle heart. We're grateful to have him in our lives.

Sure! And we are all addicted ;)
But it is the best drug you can find. It gives you a smile, whenever you think of him. If you feel sad, look through the "Thunk"-thread and you will feel much better.
And the movies and the tv-shows like MacGyver or Stargate are the best medicine ever, warmly recommended, if you got heart problems. It really helps, I can tell :D :D
