Amen! I hope everyone saw the video where Richard tells how he worked out for this movie to get himself in shape for it. I would say, HE SUCCEEDED BIG TIME! He got in shape and then some!! ( I don't have the link to that video - I would love to see it again if anyone does have the link). Thanks.

Those pictures are quite powerful when i came to think about it more clearly..
RDA certainly showed me what a strong man and strong emotions he has, on his sleeve

He started to look bigger toward the end of Macgyver didn't he? His arms were certainly much larger.. chest broader.
I wonder if he did any of them protein diets... 10 egg whites with spinach or those muscle drinks... bench press a few elephants.. and then hey presto! You look like you belong on a rugby field! I really loved those muscle shirts he wore, sweat....
