Re: Love and encouragement for RDA
I knew he was on pain meds or something, too, which explains the weight fluctuations. It's normal. He's a human being. That's why I remember how angry I got when people were criticizing his weight. They have no idea what he's going through--cut the poor guy some slack! :x Anyway, I hope he does get ...

Re: What literary character do you picture looking like RDA?
Another character I sometimes picture as him is Jay Gatsby in The Great Gatsby . The character comes from humble beginnings but works hard to become wealthy to impress his old love. What he did to obtain his money is shady and a bit suspect, and he is not exactly a saint, and there's an element of m...

Re: Eyes of a Killer
I think he knows exactly what he's doing in that scene (the character, I mean). He's trying to come across as hurt and self-conscious to appeal to her compassion and manipulate her into staying in the relationship. Other than that, you're right about the hands--although I wasn't paying much attentio...

Re: MacGyver Reboot
Interesting idea, but I agree--I'm not sure if it would work. I could see a possible "animated" MacGyver involving him (I love his voice, too--so velvety ), but it still wouldn't be the same as the real thing. I'm still holding firm to my original post--no RDA, no way!
Re: THUNK!!
I love that windswept look that RDA has in that more recent photo of him! That just encapsulates who he is--free and beautiful.

Re: RDA and Dogs
Oh! The picture of him snuggling/sleeping with the dog! *Dies from the cuteness*
Update--that one is now my laptop background. It's just too sweet!

Re: Poems and Quotes
I have one that is very MacGyver-like:

Re: Eyes of a Killer
He has one of the most expressive faces I have ever seen--his eyes, too. A good actor can act with his eyes, and RDA does that well.

Re: Love and encouragement for RDA
Is this still from the injury he sustained while filming MacGyver? If so, that is a long time to endure something like that. I wish him the best.

Re: If RDA ever wrote a book.....
He is an amazing photographer, so a photo book would be interesting and fun. I love biographies and I would love a biography of him, too--but from a reliable source (no gossip). It's doubtful we would ever see that in print--the man is very private. Actually, his mystery is part of what makes him al...
