Re: THUNK!!

Aw! He looks so heartbroken in that Mac photo where the hand is reaching out to him.  Is that from The Madonna episode? I'll admit that's one I don't watch often enough to remember.

Re: What RDA Tv show/movie did you watch recently?

In the Eyes of a Stranger is intense, a little like a detective story or crime drama, but RDA's character is not scary like his Killer movie. He is morally ambiguous, though, and human, which makes him interesting. As portrayed by RDA, you get a sense of how conflicted he feels, and you even catch a...

Re: MacGyver Reboot

It's all about money to these people--not quality, not originality.

It's like labeling sardines as caviar and expecting people not to know the difference.

Re: Love and encouragement for RDA

It's all right everybody--I understand. I just didn't want anyone to think I was trying to say anything untrue or hurtful.

I agree, though--maybe we shouldn't talk about his health, although naturally as caring people we share our concerns.

Re: MacGyver Reboot

At least on paper, this idea also sounds like it will lack some of the warmth and humor that RDA brought to MacGyver. Sure, the show had a lot of action and could be serious, but somehow he always managed to inject just enough of his delightful and quirky personality to keep it light to some extent-...

Re: Love and encouragement for RDA

I was just trying to defend him, that's all. I was not trying to spread rumors or imply anything. I meant no disrespect.

Thanks, Grimey. I'm back. :)

Re: MacGyver Reboot

They can't fool us! ;) By the way, that sounds more like a Mac fanfic than a full-fledged show--and there is nothing wrong with fanfic. Some of it is superbly written and very creative. But this concept, without having a Pete character or Phoenix Foundation or anything that we normally associate wit...

Re: Love and encouragement for RDA

Sorry--I meant no offense with my comments. I am not a gossip by any means--I just was being supportive of him when people were being critical and making critical assumptions about him, that's all. I think it's far more hurtful to read some of the terrible comments I have read on the Internet than a...

Re: Eyes of a Killer

I've been reading a lot of psychology lately, and that is exactly what a psychopath does--play with your emotions, because they have none. Actually, it is more like they do not have a concept of empathy, but they know how to manipulate the empathy of others. It's a game to them.

Re: MacGyver Reboot

Oh, it will definitely be a flop, mark my words. If I were RDA, I would be insulted that they didn't consult me, but then again he has always said that he wanted to move on and try other things.
