Re: MacGyver Reboot
Hey Lies, are you up to about episode 14 over there? This was our first one and who knows if Prime TV will continue with it. They had discussions on the radio this morning and sadly not one person liked it, the announcer even went so far as to say "I lost an hour of my life" that's a bit e...

Re: MacGyver Reboot
Aww thanks Lies. I am around - more lurking than anything. I did not realise when I bought this place two years ago that it would steal so much of my free time and it's been a hard road seperating that balance of home life from work life since I've been working at home since I moved down here. I agr...

Re: MacGyver Reboot
We finally got to see the MacGyver reboot here in NZ last night for the first time. I don’t know if anyone has posted here about this or not but my personal opinion on it is that it would have been much better if they had of used the following scenario or something along these lines. Older MacGyver ...

Re: Deepest condolences to Rick, for your mother's passing
I just heard about this. My deepest and most sincere condolences and sympathy to the entire family. The most heart wrenching chapter in all of our lives that we dread. R.I.P Mrs Anderson.

Re: FACTS Spring Edition - Belgium
I recall that with the helicopter, Rick really seemed to want to do that part. Just watching that episode made me look with only one eye, one slip of that sling and it would be horrific. Kate do you know if he rode in MacGyver and SG1. I would love to know as he has such an appreciation and affinity...

Re: FACTS Spring Edition - Belgium
I have always wanted to know if Rick rode the horses in 7 brides for 7 brothers, MacGyver, Stargate etc. Or was it a stand in for him. Very curious due to my afiliation and life long passion for horses...... all animals actually - stems back to my country roots. I meant to ask him this question when...

Re: Manukau/Christchurch ,March 2016
Yep, however I am not "use to them at all" I lived in Auckland for 50+ years and have never experienced one, however I know many people in the South Island (christchurch) and they don't feel below a 6 generally. Only if things begin to rock and roll in general. Otherwise they tell me it's ...

Re: Manukau/Christchurch ,March 2016
Nah grainofsand. Very few people even notice at all. Most are not felt. There was a quite large one in my town here in the North Island and nobody seemed to notice, most are not felt, heard or anything. Everyone was saying "really, when?" Haha

Re: Manukau/Christchurch ,March 2016
EQ's are very common down South, have been weekly occurrence's since the big one which totalled Christchurch several years ago. Only need to worry when they hit 6, 7 or 8. They have several a week down there.

Haha awesome, looks like Rick is having fun shopping at The Warehouse and New World. Along with exploring our overcrowded (not) beaches.
