The Christian Appalachian Project is an interdenominational, non-profit Christian organization committed to serving people in need in Appalachia by providing physical, spiritual and emotional support through a wide variety of programs and services. As an organization which is "doing something about poverty in Appalachia," CAP offers programs which include adult education, services for the disabled, child development, youth and teen services, services for the elderly, family support, spousal abuse center, housing, clothing, community partnerships, and summer camps.
