Dear Mr. Anderson,

First of all I would like to congratulate to your 55th birthday!

Second I would like to thank you, thank you for your great role as MacGyver. Which inspired me and my whole life, in thinking how to improvise, and thinking the way of using things which are not intended to be used this way. :-)

Also I am always carrying a small knife with pliers (which replaced my former army knife :-) and a cord with me. I found it very funny as my old German teacher said to me some years ago (well you must say this in our Austrian dialect because it used to rhyme):

"A uandlicha Bua, hot a Feidl und a Schnur!" which means "A respectable guy, has a knife and a cord", sounds really cool in Austria. *gg*

And now, almost 14 years later, since I have seen the first show of MacGyver, a dream comes true. MacGyver on DVD. It's like Birthday, Christmas, Easter and all the celebrations summed up over the past years.

Now I can tick off this item from my list of wishes I ever like to have in my life.
