 Dear Mr. Anderson, I have long been a fan of yours, and have admired your acting ability, charm, integrity, sense of humor, and love of animals. I have created a small GIF file of a few pictures that I spruced up for you celebrating that love of animals. Picture 1 is you and Whiskey, 2 and 3 are the blind cheetah you were able to interact with after an interview, and 4 and 5 are my beloved cat, Spencer. Rick, My 4-year-old daughter and I wish you a Very Happy Birthday!!! We are both fans of both MacGyver and Stargate SG-1. I have been a fan of yours since I was 16... and nothing's changed! You are my favorite person. I have matured with the positive messages and beliefs that you have exhibited in MacGyver; and feel that that show is one of the few positive shows on TV that my daughter watches. Geez, it seems like yesterday I was 7 and falling asleep in front of the TV watching MacGyver. Not that I understand how anyone could fall asleep while watching that show, but I guess it has something to do with the fact that I've kinda turned out like you. It must be an Aquarian thing, huh? I watched you for many years (seven to be exact) on the show MacGyver, and I have been following your acting ever since. Dear Mr. Anderson, When I was a teenager, I fell in love with "MacGyver". Countless times I found "hope in mankind" because of him. And... so many times when I was suicidal you made the difference. ... Once I sent you a letter, and you responded by sending me a post card that you signed yourself... proving to me that you do care about people. ... I still have that card. Thank you very much for it! Anyway... Now I enjoy watching "Colonel O'Neill" on Stargate SG-1. ... It took me a while to adjust to the fact that "MacGyver" is gone... but now... I see it "had to be". I just wanted you to know that I think you are a wonderful actor... And from what I DO see from interviews and such, You are a special, and great Human being. Thank you for caring.
